摘要
近十年来,家族企业作为最具活力的经济组织形式,取得了令世人瞩目的经营成果,引起了学术界的重新重视和研究兴趣,国内出现了研究家族企业的一系列书籍和期刊文章。在对这些论著、文章所涉及的问题和观点进行归纳梳理的基础上,对今后家族企业的研究发展加以展望。
In recent decade,family business as the most active economic organization have made remarkable achievements,which attracts academic circles to attach importance afresh to and take interest in.A series of books and periodical papers on family business have been published in domestic publishers.The authors sum up and organize the issues and the viewpoints which these writings involve;and on this basis,forecast ways and means of the researches on family business hereafter.
