摘要
早期开放性损伤形成的创面,或早期处理不当而遗留的不稳定性疤痕、慢性溃疡、骨外露等,均需在彻底清创及病灶彻底清除的基础上,采用血供良好的软组织覆盖。根据皮肤缺损部位,采用肌瓣、岛状皮瓣及岛状肌皮瓣修复,手术简便、易行。若具备显微外科技术,采用带血管的组织游离移植,将更有利于创伤性皮肤缺损的修复。
The open fracture of leg and foot often associated with skin defect unstable scar, chronic ulcer, and bone exoposu(?).which should be covered by vascula(?)zed soft tis(?) after thorough debridement and clearance of focal lesion. The muscle f(?)p (plus free skin graft) or skin flap of vessel-pedicled island or island myocutaneous flap can be used as a choice to repair the wound according to variant defect sites. It is proved safe and easy to use. If microsurgical equipment and technique are aval lable the free skin flap of myocutaneous flap tranaplant is a desirable measure in repairing traumatic skin defect of leg and foot.
