摘要
随着经济的发展和产业结构的调整,房地产业将成为新的经济增长点和消费热点,住宅需求已成为当前的重要研究课题之一。从分析锦州市住宅需求的现状入手,找出影响住宅需求的关键因素,对促进锦州市住宅市场的发展具有一定的现实意义。
Following the development of economy and adjustment of industrial structure, the residence industry will become the increasing point of new economy and consuming,and the residence demand has become an important research lesson and has the very important realistic meaning .This paper analyses the current situation on the house demand in Jinzhou, finds out the factors of affecting the residence demand,and brings up strategy to promote the residence consume.
