摘要
资源枯竭型城市是我国在经济转型时期的一个重点和难点 ,经济转型中最大的问题就是下岗工人的再就业。阜新是典型的资源枯竭型城市 ,城市下岗和失业人员居全国之首。本文主要分析了阜新矿区下岗工人再就业的内、外部障碍原因 。
