摘要
应用生物间遗传学的原理和方法,在网室中用SMV的10个毒株分别接种8个大豆品种。根据SMV毒株对大豆品种的浸染型资料,直接推导出大豆品种抗病性和SMV每株致病性的基因数和基因型。大豆品种和SMV毒株间存在11个限定性相应基因对,不同品种所含的抗病性基因数有所不同,其作用是品种的抗病性基因愈多,可能抗病性愈强。
8 soybean cultivars were inoculated with 10 isolates of SMV in greenhouse in this study,from which the genotype and gene number for resistance in host and for pathogenicity in SMV isolates were postulated directly from the infection types according to the principles of interorganismal genetics.There were 11 definitive corresponding gene pairs in the soybean cultivars and SMV isolates involved.The numbers of resistance genes in different cultivars were different and the host-resistance level was propably positively related with gene number.Application of interorganismal genetic methods in postulating resistance genes was discussed.
