摘要
在一次振动混凝土结构的基础上,分析了一次振动后泌水和离析现象引起的混凝土内部结构特性,对二次振动可以提高混凝土强度的原因进行了试验研究和理论分析,找到了二次振动混凝土的强度变化规律,比较了一次振动和二次振动的强度差异,并采用CTS-45型混凝土超声检测分析仪确定了二次振动的混凝土顶部和底部密度差异,确定了二次振动的最佳时间.
Based on the vibration concrete structure, interior characteristics of concretearoused by the bleeding and isolating phenomenon are analyzed. The cause that revibration can increase strength of concrete is studied by experimental and theoretical study. The changing regularity of revibration concrete strength is found out. The strength difference between one vibration and revibration is compared and the density difference between top and bottom of concrete is ascertained by using CTS-45concrete ultrasonic measure and analyse instrument. The best time of revibraing isascertained.
