The Mechanism of Microirculatory Disturbance in Acute Cerebral Ischemic Injury

摘要 脑微循环障碍是急性脑缺血触发的、发生在缺血半暗带、造成半暗带无灌注和低灌注现象的主要病理机制。血管内以多种因素造成的血流动力学改变为主;血管壁上以血管内皮细胞功能紊乱为主;血管外以脑水肿形成及脑水肿造成的压迫为主;一些细胞因子的释放对微循环也造成一定的影响。 Microcirculatory disturbance is the primary pathologic mechanism, which is triggered by acute cerebral ischemia and occurs in the ischemic penumbra, and causes the phenomena of no perfusion or low perfusion in the ischemic penumbra. It takes hemodynamics changes caused by multiple factors as the dominant factor in vessels; it takes the endothelial cell dysfunction as the dominant factor on vascular walls and it takes cerebral edema and its oppression as the dominant factor outside vessels. The release of some cytokines may also have certain influence on microc irculation.
