摘要
利用仿生学的知识发酵模型,剖析组织学习和知识创新的核心环节———SECI过程,揭示了构成SECI过程的各个要素。通过这些要素可以更加清楚地认识到SECI过程的内部运行情况。组织可以利用这些要素,加强自身的知识管理和知识创新活动,进而加强自己的核心竞争力。
It sets up a Model of Knowledge Fermenting for Organizational Learning,on utilizing bionic fermentation of biology,analyzes the core of organizational learning and knowledge creativity—the course of SECI,and reveales the intrinsic factors of SECI,with which the interior operation of SECI can be clearly observed. By using these factors,organization may strengthen their knowledge management and knowledge innovation to improve their competitive position.
