摘要
基于电磁学的涡流效应原理,提出了一种优越于传统混凝土冬季养护的绿色养护方法涡流感应加热法.分别对混凝土构件升温与恒温阶段所需热量及不同构件所需配置的感应线圈进行了分析计算,提出了涡流感应加热法的设计原理,并对涡流加热法的施工工艺及应用进行了初步探讨.
Based on the principle of eddy-current effect in electromagnetics, a clean curing method superior to traditional one due to the use of edd-current induction heating in winter is presented. The calorific requirement of concrete structural components at the stages of temperature rising and heat preservation as well as the induction coils necessary to fit different concrete components are computed and designed. Meantime, the operational process of eddy-current heating and its application are also discussed preliminarily.
