摘要
目的 :观察金芪降糖片与格列齐特联合治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将158例接受格列齐特治疗的2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组(n=80)在服用格列齐特的基础上,予金芪降糖片30片 /日。对照组(n=78)保持原治疗。两组病人分别测定用药前后体重、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FIN)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、血脂及肝、肾功能等。结果:经3个月治疗后,治疗组FBG降低2.6mmol/L,对照组降低0.6mmol/L;治疗组治疗后FIN降低5.1mU/L,对照组上升0.8mU/L;治疗组治疗后HbA1C下降0.81 %,对照组下降0.3 %;治疗组治疗前后血脂水平与对照组相比较无显著差异。结论:金芪降糖片与格列齐特合用能提高2型糖尿病患者的胰岛素敏感性 。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Jinqi hypoglycemic tablet(JHT)with Gliˉclazide in the treatment of type2diabetes mellitus.Methods:One hundred Fifty eight type2diabetic patients were randomly assigned to therapy group or control group,respectively.All of them were measured weight,fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting serum insulin(FIN),blood lipid spectrum,HbA1C,liver and kidney function before and after treatment.Results:After three month treatment,the mean reductions of FBG level,FIN and blood HbA1c in therapy group were2.6mmol/L,5.1mU/L and0.81%,respectively,meanwhile,0.6mmol/L,0.8mU/L and0.3%in control group respectively.lipid profile did not significantly change after treatˉment except for triglyceride.Conclusion:JHT with Gliclazide not only can decrease the blood glucose of type2diabetes mellitus,but also can improve the insulin sensitivity of type2diabetes mellitus.
