摘要
本文采用配合饲料中必需添加的饲料添加剂蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、硫酸铜及硫酸锌作为原料,进行螯合反应,合成了四种单项必需氨基酸微量元素螯合物,并对螯合物的结构、性质及影响因素进行了研究。结果表明:在优化条件下螯合反应的螯合率均可达到≥98%(纯品),并且还制成了螯合物产品的预混合饲料;上述四种螯合物的结构及理化性质的实测结果基本上与理论相吻合。
After the chelation of Methionines with cupric Sulphates or zinc sulpha-tes,and that of Lysines with cupric sulphates or zinc sulphates,the four kinds of pu-re single chelates were made.Then their molecular strutures,their shapes and proper-ties,and the effects of the chelation variables on the chelation were investigated.The results showed that the percentage of chelation could be over or equal to 98% underthe optimum condition;the molecular strutures and the both of physical and chemicalproperties of them were in accordance with the theory.Otherwise,the premix feeds ofthem were also made.
