摘要
在分析加入WTO给中国种业带来机遇与挑战的基础上,结合近几年来湖南省玉米品种管理的实践,全面论述了今后在湖南省玉米品种管理中,应着重于省玉米区域试验、生产试验和专家现场评议考察鉴定,努力提高品种审定质量,同时应加强种子产业执法和信息化建设步伐,促进种子产业向快速、健康的方向发展。
The paper analyses on the opportunity and challenge in our country after joining WTO, and combining on practices corn varieties management of in the last few years in Hunan Province, it points out that we should put great emphasis on the province corn district experiments and produce experiments with the expert's the spot investigates to authenticate to promote the varieties approve the quantity officially. Goverment should enhance the seed industry at the same time, enforce the law, and quicken the developments step with information to promote the seed industry develop fastly and healthy.
