摘要
目的:比较脐血CD3AK细胞在体外对不同肿瘤细胞株的杀伤活性。方法:脐血单个核细胞经CD3McAb和rIL-2诱导成CD3AK细胞,作用于不同的肿瘤细胞株(食管癌Eca109,胃癌BGC823,肺癌A549和白血病HL-60),用MTT法测其杀伤活性。结果:脐血CD3AK细胞对HL-60的杀伤活性高于对Eca109、A549和BGC823的杀伤活性(P<0.05),而对后3者的杀伤活性间差异无统计学意义。结论:脐血CD3AK细胞对不同肿瘤细胞株的杀伤活性存在差异,临床上应引起注意。
Aim: To compare the cytotoxicity of umbilical cord CD3AK cell to different cancer cell lines in vitro. Methods: Umbilical cord CD3AK cell was induced by CD3McAb and rIL-2, and the cytotoxicity of CD3AK cell was studied by MTT. Results: The cytotoxicity of CD3AK cell to leukemia cell lines was higher than to human lung, gastric and e-sophageal cancer cell lines( P <0. 05) , but no obvious difference lied among three substantialized cancer lines. Conclusion: The cytotoxicity of umbilical cord CD3AK cell to different cancer lines is different, to which attentions should be paid in clinical use.
