摘要
结合武钢硅钢生产实际,从现场检测分析入手,寻找实际轧制过程中森吉米尔轧机的板形变化规律,建立了多辊系弹性变形仿真模型。通过对各种条件下辊系变形规律的分析,揭示了森吉米尔轧机的板形控制特性。
This article investigates the actual rolling process of silicon steel sheet mill in Wuhan Iron and Steel Company.The strip shape change pattern of Sendzimir mill is obtained on the basis of spot testing and analyzing. At the same time, a multi-roll system deformation model is estabilished. The control characteristics of strip shape of Sendzimir mill are uncovered from analysis of the deformation patterns of the rolling system under various conditions.
