摘要
构成船舶航行安全的评价指标不仅因素众多,而且绝大部分因素具有模糊性,运用模糊综合评判方法对船舶航行安全进行评价,从船舶航行安全指标体系内部出发,结合外部环境,分析各因素之间存在的联系,确定主次因素,为航运公司、海事部门和航道部门提供可靠、详实的信息和数据,以防止或减少船舶交通事故的发生.
There are various of the elements evaluated the marine safety and almost the factors are fuzzy. It is important to evaluate the marine safety in the principle of the fuzzy synthesize judgment according to the security system of the navigation. We need to analyze and discuss the relationship of the elements in their internal and external condition, and determine the main factors. Many of the reliable messages and the detailed data are provided to the shipping companies, marine and channel departments, so as to prove the navigation accidents.
