输卵管妊娠绒毛组织中沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体的DNA检测 被引量:6

DETECTION OF CHLAMYDIA TRACHOMATIS AND URIAPLASMA URIALYTICUM IN VILLOUS TISSUES OF TUBAL PREGNANCY PATIENTS

摘要 ①目的 了解输卵管妊娠绒毛组织中沙眼衣原体 (CT)和解脲支原体 (UU )的感染情况。②方法应用聚合酶链式反应 ,对病理诊断为输卵管妊娠的 4 2例绒毛组织蜡块进行CT DNA、UU DNA的检测 ,并以 30例宫内妊娠流产绒毛组织蜡块作为对照。③结果 输卵管妊娠组CT阳性检出率为 1 9.0 5 % (8/ 4 2 ) ,UU为 30 .95 %(1 3/ 4 2 ) ,CT +UU为 1 4 .2 8% (6 / 4 2 ) ;对照组CT阳性检出率为 3.33% (1 / 30 ) ,UU为 6 .6 6 % (2 / 30 ) ,CT +UU为3.33% (1 / 30 )。两组CT、UU及CT +UU检出率比较 ,差异均有显著性 (χ2 =3.93~ 6 .2 1 ,P <0 .0 5 )。④结论CT、UU感染是导致输卵管妊娠的重要因素之一。 Objective To investigate the infection of chlamydia trachomatis(CT) and uriaplasma urialyticum(UU) in patients with tubal pregnancy (TP). Methods Levels of CT-DNA, UU-DNA were detected by polymerase chain reaction in wax sections of villous tissue of 42 TP women, who had been confirmed by histology, and 30 women with uterine pregnancy undergone abortion. Results The positive rate was 19.05%(8/42), 30.95%(13/42), 14.28%(6/42), respectively, in the 42 TP women. While in the 30 uterine pregnant women the positive rate of CT, UU, and CT+UU was 3.33%(1/30), 6.66%(2/30), and 3.33% (1/30), respectively. The difference was significant (χ 2=3.93-6.21,P<0.01). Conclusion CT and UU infections are among important factors leading to tubal pregnancy.
