对Nash-Moe法测量脊柱旋转度的定量研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文通过使用回旋摇控X线透视摄影机对21例脊柱侧凸患者和20例正常成人的328个脊椎作了旋转定量测量并与其相应的X线相Nash-Moe旋转度作了对比分析,得出Nash-MoeⅠ~Ⅳ度旋转时脊椎的实际旋转度数,为根据普通X线相推算脊椎具体旋转度数提供了可靠的参考依据,使临床医生能更精确地了解脊柱实际旋转角度。弥补了Nash-Moe法的不足。 Measurements of rotation of spine were performed on 328 vertibrae of 21 cases of scoliosis and 20 cases of normal body using rotatabe roentgenographic machine, and their rotational degrees were compared with Nash-Moe's rotational degrees. Every Nash-Moe's degree was calculated by actual rotational degree of vertibra, according to this measurments the clinical doctors can understand the rotational deformity of spine more accurately with ordinary X-ray film.
