摘要
本文报告33例恶性肿瘤及癌前病变经光动力治疗(PDT)后1～7年的随访结果。单纯PDT治愈率60.6％,复发率39.4％。结果提示对复发病例采用综合治疗是必要的。
This paper reports a follow-up study of 33 patients with malignant or precancerous lesions treated by hematoporphyrin and laser for 1 to 7 years. The investigation showed that the complete remission rate and recurrent rate was 60.6% and 39.4% respectively. The result also confirmed that besides photodynamic therapy, combined adjuvant therapy was necessary for all relapsed cases.
