摘要
目的 :观察亚砷酸对BXSB自发狼疮鼠狼疮性肾炎的治疗作用。方法 :2个月龄雄性BXSB小鼠12只 ,随机分为对照组 (生理盐水 )和治疗组 (亚砷酸 0 .8mg/kg) ,隔日腹腔注射 ,共 5 5d。观察尿蛋白、尿红细胞、血清肌酐 ,血清IgG、dsDNA、ANA及肾脏病理变化。结果 :治疗组的尿蛋白排出量比对照组明显减少 ,血清IgG和dsDNA值也比对照组低 ,肾脏病理改变比对照组明显减轻。结论 :亚砷酸能抑制BXSB狼疮鼠的自身免疫反应 。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutically effects of sodium arsenite on lupus nephritis of BXSB spontaneous lupus mice.Methods:Twelve male BXSB mice were divided randomly into two groups: control group (treated with saline) and the treatment group (treated with sodium arsenite (0.8 mg/kg) through abdominal cavity injection every other day for 55 days). Observation of the quantity of urine protein and urine erythrocytes, concentration of serum creatinine, serum IgG, dsDNA, ANA and renal pathological changes were carried out.Results:The quantity of urine protein in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group and serum IgG, dsDNA were lower than those of the control mice group too. The renal pathological changes in the treatment group were milder than the control group.Conclusion:Sodium arsenite can inhibit the autoimmune reaction in the BXSB mouse, and possess therapeutically effect on lupus nephritis of the BXSB spontaneous lupus mice.
