摘要
运用计量经济学理论建立起适用于区域或流域的经济发展预测模型,并运用于黑河流域,对黑河流域未来年份的经济发展做出了分析评价,为黑河流域的水资源合理配置提供了基础依据。
Based on the theory of econometrics, a model for forecasting regional economic development in the future was established. The model was applied to Heihe River basin to analyze the economic development and to provide a basis for the rational water resources allocation in the river basin.
