摘要
为提高水力机械物理模型试验的精度,减少试验人员的工作量以及实现试验过程的实时、连续和同步测量,开发研制了水力机械多功能试验台智能化采集与控制系统.该系统将控制部分与采集部分集成于一个操作台,既具有手动控制和自动控制2种操作功能,又具有远程控制和本地控制功能.应用结果表明,系统误差小于或等于0 5%,能满足试验精度的要求.
For improvement of the precision of hydro-mechanical model tests, an intelligent acquisition and control system is developed. The system can reduce the work load of experimental technicians, and realize the real-time, continuous, and synchronous measurement during the experimental process. By integration of the control section with the data acquisition section into a single bench, the system can be operated under manual control or automatic control, and also has the functions of remote control and local control. Application shows that the error of the system is smaller than 05%, which meets the requirement of experimental precision.
