摘要
本文应用脱钙骨基质诱导软骨形成的模型,观察了饮水中不同浓度氟(0,50、150mg/L)对诱导软骨形成及其钙化的影响。结果显示,诱导软骨分化的时间,软骨细胞的形态、以及基质爱尔先兰染色特性三组间均无显著差别。但氟显著抑制了软骨的钙化,且随摄氟浓度的升高而增强。150mg/L 氟组诱导软骨钙化出现的时间也至少延迟两天。
A model of induced heterotopic endochondral bone formation was employedto study the effects of varying concentration NaF (0,50 and 150mg/kg) givingin drinking water on the differentiation and mineralization of cartilage.The resultindicated:the onset of condrocyte,differetiation and staining characters of Alcian Blue(contained different concentration MgCl_2)was not significantlychanges among three groups.But NaF inhibited mineralization of inducedcartilage related to doses of NaF ingestion.Von Kossa′s staining showed atleast a two-day delay of mineralization in 150 mg/kg NaF-treatment group.
