摘要
本文用根尖压片法对国产骆驼刺和疏叶骆驼刺的染色体核型进行了研究。研究结果表明,两种骆驼刺都是二倍体植物,体细胞染色体数为2n=16,染色体基数均为8。骆驼刺的染色体组成为2n=16=6m+10sm,属不对称核型(ⅢB 型);疏叶骆驼刺的染色体组成为2n=16=12m+4sm。也是不对称棱型(ⅠB 型)。
The paper deals with the karyotype analysis of Alhagi pseudalhagi and A.sparsifolia dis- tributed in China.It is found that all of the species are diploids with 2n=16,and the chromosome radix number x=8.The chromosomes were observed in cells of root tips.Their complements are made of m and sm chromosomes:The karyotype formula of A.Pseudalhagi is 2n=16=6m+ 10sm and belongs to“ⅡB”type of karyotype asymmetry;The karyotype formula of A.sparsifolia is 2n=16=12m+4sm and it belongs to“ⅠB”type of karyotype asymmetry.
