摘要
改革开放 2 0多年来 ,中国民营企业已成为我国经济生活的一个亮点 ,是推动我国经济增长的重要力量。在激烈的市场竞争中 ,大量的民营企业迅速从辉煌走向衰败 ,主要的原因在于没有现代化的企业文化理念和相适应的企业文化氛围 ,本文分析了现阶段我国民营企业文化建设的种种误区 ,并提出了企业文化创新的对策。
Since the open reform for more than 20 years,Chinese privately run enterprises have become an important part in Chinese economy and the main force to improve Chinese economic growth.In strong market competition,a large number of privately run enterprises go from sucess to failure,which is caused by no modern enterprise culture concept and suitable enterprise culture atmosphere.The paper analyzes all kinds of mistaken areas of constructing enterprise culture at present and puts forward countermeasures on culture creation of enterprises.
