新型保鲜剂MPA对芒果采后生理变化的研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过使用自行研制的芒果保鲜剂MPA对攀枝花地区红象牙芒果采后的生理特性进行了全面研究,分别测定了呼吸速率、乙烯释放速率、可溶性糖含量、还原糖含量、非还原糖含量、淀粉、可溶性固形物、抗坏血酸(Vc)、可滴定酸度、果肉硬度、pH酸度值等各项生理指标,测定结果表明芒果是乙烯呼吸跃变型水果,其成熟、衰老期在其呼吸高峰后逐渐达到.通过对比试验研究将芒果的生理指标变化延缓12d,保鲜期从16d延长至36d,且保持了良好的品质. Physiological properties are fully studied on mango after-harvest by using mango preservative prepared by ourselves . Physiological parameters are measured including respiration velocity , ethylene releasing velocity , soluble sugars content , reducing sugars content , non reducing sugars content , starch content , soluble solid content , Vitamin C , titratable acids , pulp rigidity , pH value , etc. .The surveys show that mango is a spring-change fruits of ethylene , it gradually reaches ripeness and caducity after its respiration peak. Changes of physiological index have been deferred 12 days and the preserving period of mango has prolonged from 16 days to 36 days and good qualities have kept by contrast experiments.
