摘要
目的 :通过对开放性Pilon骨折的内固定手术治疗分析 ,探讨手术方法及如何提高其疗效。方法 :1995～2 0 0 1年采用手术治疗开放性Pilon骨折 2 7例 ,全部病例行解剖重建、坚强内固定的手术方法治疗。结果 :参照Ovadia等的功能评定标准 ,优 8例 ,良 13例 ,可 4例 ,差 2例。结论 :术前全面评估、周密设计 ,恰当的手术方法及手术技术是提高内固定治疗开放性Pilon骨折疗效的关键。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of internal fixation for open Pilon fractures.Methods:Twenty-seven cases of open Pilon fractures were treated during 1995 to 2001.All cases were treated surgical intervention with anatomical reconstruction and stable internal fixation.Results: According to the Ovadia wrist score 8 were assessed to be excellent,13 good,4 fair,and 2 poor.Conolusions: Thorough preoperative evaluation and careful design,appropriate operative techniques and anatomical reduction and stable fixation are effective methods to improve the clinical results of open Pilon fractures.
