摘要
SM-40助滤剂中型试验结果表明,SM-40助滤剂对于高含蜡原料油具有较好的助滤效果,工业应用SM-40助滤剂为炼厂带来了良好的经济效益。新开发的RFA6101助滤剂对于高含蜡原料油有比SM-40助滤剂更显著的助滤效果。RFA6101助滤剂在加入量比SM-40助滤剂加入量减少20%~30%的情况下,过滤速度和脱蜡油收率提高的幅度以及微晶蜡的质量都优于加SM-40助滤剂。RFA6601助滤剂对于低含蜡脱沥青油具有非常优异的助滤性能,可以大幅度提高过滤速度、脱蜡油收率和蜡膏的滴熔点。
Test results in pilot plant show that SM-40 filter aid has benefit to enhance filtration rate, dewaxed oil yield and drop melting point of wax for high wax content feedstocks, and its application to commercial solvent dewaxing unit brings profit to refineries. New developed RFA6101 filter aid has better performances than SM-40 for high wax content feedstocks. Compared to SM-40, when dosage of RFA6101 filter aid is 20%~30% lower, it is still better in filtration rate, dewaxed oil yield and microcrystalline wax properties. The new developed RFA6601 filter aid has superior abilities for low wax content deasphalted oil to increase filtration rate, dewaxed oil yield and wax drop melting point.
