摘要
目的 探讨肘管综合征的发病因素、治疗方法及临床效果。方法 32例 (33侧 )均行手术治疗 ,对其病因、治疗和随访结果进行分析。结果 随诊 19例 ,随访 6个月～ 4年。尺神经功能改善 :优 9例 ,良 7例 ,差3例。结论 肘管综合征应早期诊断 ,早期行尺神经减压松解、前移术 。
Objective To investigate the etiology, treament and its clinical effect of cubital tunnel syndrome.Methods 32 patients(33 sides) were treated by surgery and the etiology,treatment and results were reviewed. Results 19 patients were followed up for 6 months to 4 years.The improvement of ulnar nerve function was excellent in 9,good in 7 and poor in 3. Conclusion The cubital tunnel syndrome should be diagnosed early. The satisfactory effect could be obtained by early diagnosis and treated with ulnar nerve release and antedisplacement.
