硅酸盐-烷基葡萄糖苷钻井液的研究与评价 被引量:14

摘要 硅酸盐体系是一种抑制能力比较强的钻井液体系 ,现代固控技术的发展和新型化学助剂的不断推出为硅酸盐体系的重新使用提供了可靠的技术保证。烷基葡萄糖苷(APG)近年来被发现具有降低水活度、改变页岩孔隙流体流动状态的作用 ,因此最初被作为抑制剂使用 ,但实验结果表明 ,这种材料加入到钻井液以后 ,体系具备了部分油基钻井液的特点 ,如润滑性好、可提高抑制能力等。通过实验证实了APG与硅酸盐体系复配以后 ,能够较好地改善硅酸盐体系的综合性能 ,包括流变性能、抑制性能、润滑性能等 ,并对体系的抗污染能力进行了评价。结果表明 :由于硅酸盐与APG均属无毒物质 ,有利于环境保护 ,具有比较广阔的应用前景。 The silicate drilling fluid system is a strongly inhibitive drilling fluid system and with the developing of modern solid control technology and the appearance of novel additives, it has been used again in field. Alkyl polyglucoside (APG) was recently discovered that it has abilities of reducing shale’s water activity and changing its pore fluid state, so it was used initially as an inhibitor. But later experiments indicated that with the addition of APG, the drilling fluid behaviors segmental characteristics of oil based mud such as good lubrication and high inhibition, etc.. Test results showed that with the APG mixed in, multiple properties of silicate drilling fluid system such as rheology, inhibition and lubrication were improved remarkably. Also, pollution control ability of the system was analyzed and result showed that silicate and APG have good usage prospect with no toxicity and no damage to environment.
