环状流条件下水平蒸发管周向壁温变化特性研究

Research on the circumferential distribution of wall temperature for horizontal evaporating tubes under annular flow

摘要 对纯工质R22和非共沸混合工质R32/R134a(25%/75%)在水平光管和微翅管内的流动沸腾特性进行了实验研究,分析了两种工质在环状流条件下水平管的周向壁温变化特性,为动力工程蒸发换热设备以周向壁温变化来判断两相流流型提供了理论基础. Experimental studies are conducted on flow boiling heat transfer of nonazeotropic mixture R32/R134a in horizontal smooth and microfin tubes. Analysis is made on the performance of wall temperature under the condition of horizontal annular flow and a theoretical basis is provided to determine the two-phase flow pattern in evaporative heat transfer device according to the characteristics of wall temperature.
