摘要
从维护资源存量不变的角度出发,运用矿业生产的投入产出关系和现代控制理论,建立生产发展与资源、环境相协调的控制论模型,在矿业发展满足国民经济建设需要的前提下,以资源(广义)恢复量补偿资源消耗量从而保持资源存量不变为目标,对矿业生产实行闭环控制,并通过模型求解,给出最优投资控制策略。
From the point of view of keeping resources reserve unchanged, input-output relation of mining production and modern control theory have been used to establish a model of control theory for the coordination of production development with resources and environment. Under the prerequisite that development of mining industry meets the requirement of national economic construction, taking what the recovery quantity of resources(in a broad sense) is used to compensate the consumption of resources so as to keep resources reserve unchanged as a target, the closed-loop control ia taken in the mining production; meanwhile, by finding the solution of model, the optimal investing control method has been given.
