叙述了环境风险评价的国内外进展概况、环境风险的定义、研究重点、内容与评价程序 ,分析了环境风险评价 (ERA)和环境影响评价 (EIA)的主要区别 ,讨论了环境风险评价的指标 ,介绍了估算致癌化学污染物、非致癌化学污染物和放射性污染物导致的健康风险的计算模式 ,并实例估算了上海石化“九五”
The progress made, internationally and domestically, in environmental risk assessment (ERA) is outlined, involving its definition, emphasis, content and procedure. The primary differences between ERA and EIA are analyzed, focusing on the indicators for ERAs and the models for calculating health risks caused by seperately cancerogenic and/or non-cancerogenic chemical pollutants and radioactive-contaminated materials. An example is also given of how calculating ERA for a proposed petrochemical project in Shanghai.
