摘要
研究了咖啡因 (CAF)和茶碱 (THEO)在聚对氨基吡啶 (POAP)修饰电极上的电化学行为。POAP电极对CAF和THEO的电氧化反应具有良好的催化能力 ,两反应物的电氧化呈现完全不可逆过程 ,峰电位相差 130mV左右 ,在最佳条件下测定 ,氧化峰电流与它们的浓度在 5× 10 -8~ 1× 10 -5mol/L之间均呈良好的线性关系。CAF和THEO在POAP电极上具有良好的重现性和稳定性 ,用于多种样品中CAF和THEO测定 ,结果令人满意。
The electrochemical behavior of caffeine(CAF) and theophylline(THEO) was investigated at a poly(4-aminopyridine)(POAP) modified electrode. The POAP electrode has the advantages of stability, fast response and good reproducibility, it shows excellent electrocatalytical activity for the oxidation of CAF and THEO. The oxidation peak potential of CAF and THEO can be separated by about 130 mV at the electrode. The relationship between oxidation peak current and the concentration of CAF or THEO was linear in the range of 5×10 -8~1.0×10 -5 mol/L under the optimum conditions. The detection limit has been estimated to 1 ×10 -9 mol/L .This method has been applied to the determination of CAF and THEO in samples with satisfactory results.
