摘要
                
                    梯度功能材料是基于一种全新的材料设计概念合成的新型复合材料。它以金属、陶瓷和塑料等为原材料通过控制材料组成和显微结构的梯度分布来消除传统金属-陶瓷涂层复合材料的宏观界面,使材料性能也呈梯度变化。这种材料由于能够缓和热应力,是未来航天飞机器用的理想耐热、隔热材料。本文着重介绍了梯度功能材料的研究开发背景、设计思想、研究现状和有关合成方法。
                
                Functional gradient matrials are a kind of new composites based on a brand-new material design concept.By controlling the gradient distribution of the composition and macrostructure of rawmaterials—metal,ceramics and plastics etc, the macroscopic interface of traditional metalceramic coating composites is eliminated, and material properties change gradiently.Beeaase it can remit thermal stress, FGM is ideal thermal resistant and heat isolating material for future spacecraft.The research background, design philosophy and the present state of FGM are introduced.
