烟酸是重要的药品和医药中间体,具有广泛的用途和应用前景。其合成工艺有氨氧化法、氧气氧化法及电氧化法等,该文介绍了国内外烟酸的现有生产技术及各种合成路线,综述了最新的研究进展,并探讨了3 甲基吡啶直接电氧化合成烟酸这一绿色化工技术的发展前景和研究方向。引用文献35篇。
Nicotinic acid is an important drug and intermediate with wide uses and application prospect.Methods for obtaining nicotinic acid include ammoxidation,air oxidation and electrochemical oxidation of alkylpyridines.This paper describes the methods and technologies of nicotinic acid production domestically and abroad.The recent advance of synthetic technology is introduced.The research orientation of direct electrochemical oxidation of 3-methylpyridine are stressly discussed.Thirty five references are listed.
