摘要
本文报导新疆克拉玛依油田八区使用含少量H_2S地层水作为注入水的杀菌防腐蚀处理技术。从杀菌剂的室内筛选到现场投加试验均作了介绍。在现场投加杀菌剂试验中含H_2S水的腐蚀率由0.45mm/α降到0.10mm/α,达到了部颁标准。含H_2S水的腐蚀问题从而得到解决。
The formation water in District 8, Karamai Oil Field,contains H_2S as one of the products of SRB growth and is corrosive for the purpose of water flooding. 12 commercial bactericides are screened for their minimum concentration and time limits of bacteria controlling according to the technologic scheme of the water injecting station 802 working under natural gas atmosphere. Following are selected with the above mentioned date given: SQ8, 10 ppm, 4—33hrs; 1227 (dodecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride), 20 ppm, 4—23 hrs, WF-3012, 10 ppm, 8-1hrs; XC-3010, 10 ppm, 1-33 hrs; XC-3000, 10 ppm, 4 hrs. In long term field tests at Station 802 US Peterlite's XC-3010 (injection of 80-100 ppm for 8 hrs, twice a week) and home made 1227 (80 ppm for 8 hrs, twice a week) are used alternatively in the first year of tests and WC-85, a mixture of 1227 with glutaraldehyde (200 ppm for 6 hrs. twice a week), is tested in the second year. The SRB (and TGB) corrosivity are subjected to proper control in all these circumstances. 1227 is a usable bactericide much less expensive than WC-85. XC-3010 is exellent.
