JFF钻井液新材料的应用性能研究

摘要 JFF是由部分水解聚丙烯酰胺、腐殖酸衍生物和(土般)土在一定条件下复合而成的钻井液新材料。本文对JFF的性能进行了室内评定,介绍了JFF的组成特点和现场试验情况。结果表明,JFF具有良好的性能,是配制聚合物不分散钻井液的理想材料。 The new mud material JFF is a compound of PHPAM, humic acid derivatives, and bentonite, featured by readily handling in rigsites and designed to prepare non-dispersive polymer muds with fresh, salt or sea waters. 3.6% JFF mud can withstand as high temperature as 120℃, and tolerate to NaCl of 3000mg/l or Ca^(2+) of 900mg/l. Introducing clay in increasing quantity into 3.6% JFF mud leads to gradually thickening and decreasing filtration-loss, while filtrate liquor becomes more clear. The field tests in different districts of Shengli Oil Fields show that JFF muds are more stable in behavior, have good lubricity to inhibit pipe-sticking and higher cuttings-carrying capacity, and are of less material exnense
