摘要
管理创新是新时期我国高等学校提高教学质量和学校竞争力的关键。与中西部一些发展较快的省市高校相比,管理创新能力不足是制约甘肃省高校竞争力发展的主要因素。要改变这种状况,各高校必须转变思想观念,发挥后发优势,实现管理思想、目标、方法、手段、组织、制度、环境的创新,这是提升甘肃省高校竞争力的根本出路。同时,还要进一步强化对管理创新重要性的认识,加强高校管理队伍专业化建设,继续争取政府在办学自主权等方面的支持。
Management innovation is the decisive factor in heightening the teaching quality and enhancing competitive powers of universities and colleges in our country in the new period. Compared with other universities and colleges in the more developed area in the middle and west cities, the inadequate ability of management innovation is the key factor that restricts the development of competitive powers of universities and colleges in Gansu Province. To change this situation, universities and colleges must change the stereotyped ideas, exert newly-generated predominance, realizing the innovation in the aspects of managing ideology, objective, method, device, organization, system and environment. In the mean time, it is important to reinforce the awareness to management innovation, to strengthen professional staff team construction, keep seeking government support in the degree of education autonomy.
