摘要
选用稻草作为主要原料配制培养基 ,接种平菇 (Pleurotusostreatus(JecaexFr.)Quel.)菌株 ,测试平菇菌株生长对稻草木质素及纤维素的降解率。通过对接种平菇菌株 30d后的稻草与对照稻草组分分析 ,结果表明 ,接种平菇菌株的稻草木质素降解率为 2 3.36 % ,纤维素降解率为 16 .0 4 % ,蛋白质含量增加了 4 5 .85 %。平菇菌株对稻草的木质素及纤维素具有分解能力。蛋白质含量增加表明了稻草转换成饲料的可能性。
Straw was used as main material for making up culture medium to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus strain in order to examine the degradation ability of P. ostreatus strain to lignin and fibre of straw. The results show that the degradation rates of lignin and fibre are 23.36% and 16.04% respectively, and the content of protein increases by 45.85%. It proves that P. ostreatus strain has degradation ability to straw, and the increase of protein enhances the possibility of straw to be used as forage.
