摘要
随着全球经济一体化和我国加入WTO,中国企业将面临一次新的挑战。企业能否获得持续竞争优势,关键在于企业的竞争能力。企业管理者能否对本企业的竞争力做出正确的评价,是否对企业竞争力各要素有一个清晰的了解,这些对企业竞争力的维持、提升与发展起着至关重要的作用。设计了企业竞争力评价指标体系,并指出了各具体指标的含义与评价方法。在对企业整体竞争力的评价过程中,采用层次分析方法来确定各指标权重,采用模糊综合评价为主模型。根据评价结果企业管理者可以对本企业竞争力情况做出正确的判断。最后列举了实例并进行了分析。
With global economic integral and China's entrance to WTO, Chinese enterprise will face new challenge. If enterprise can keep on competing advantage, the key is enterprise's competitiveness. If enterprise governors can make a sound evaluation on enterprise's competitiveness and understand clearly to each main factor of competitiveness, those count for much to maintenance, promoting and development of enterprise's competitiveness. Therefore, the enterprise's competitiveness evaluation index system was designed, and points out the meaning and evaluation method of each concrete index. In the process of evaluating enterprise's whole competitiveness, the weight was settled based on analytic hierarchy way. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is main model. According to the evaluation result, enterprise governor can make a sound judgment on own enterprise's competitiveness. Finally this paper enumerates an example and makes a detail analysis.
