摘要
                
                    采用共沉淀法在NiO表面均匀地包裹了一层无定形氢氧化锆。在600℃和800℃下煅烧,YSZ包裹层结晶得到20nm左右的立方ZrO2。Ni/YSZ阳极材料主要的微观结构的变化是金属Ni的团聚和粗化。在NiO表面的YSZ层,有效地抑制了Ni的烧结,并防止了Ni的团聚。经过SEM分析,YSZ形成了连续的网络结构,Ni均匀地分布在YSZ网络结构中。
                
                NiO/YSZ powder was prepared by co-precipitation of ZrOCl2·8H2O and YCl3, which produceda layer of amorphous zirconium hydroxide homogeneously coated onto the surface of NiO powder. The YSZcoating layer was crystallized to cubic ZrO2 with the size of about 20nm after calcining at 600℃ and800℃ respectively. The main microstructure change is the agglomeration and coarsening of metallic Ni.The YSZ coating layer on the NiO surface using the coating precipitation method efficiently preventsthe sintering and agglomeration of Ni. YSZ forms a continuous network structure and Ni particles aredispersed homogeneously in the YSZ network through SEM analysis.
