摘要
在我国医学教育面临国际化的新形势下 ,我国的高等教育模式也逐渐调整到以“国际化”为目标的改革之路上来。传统的临床医学教育重教轻学 ,按照统一的模式塑造医学生 ,没有把培养学生个性化的课外活动列入教育日程 ,以致临床阶段的医学生目前知识结构单一 ,综合素质不高。实践表明 。
With the rapid deepening of globalization, the medicine higher education model in China is being adjusted to the reform way to the destination of internationalization. However,the traditional Clinical Education cultivates medical students in one stereotype, regardless of individuations. Facts proved that medical students supplementary classes are playing promotive and supplemental roles in modern clinical education
