摘要
目的 :探索一条治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的新方法。方法 :对 45例经临床和超声确诊的卵巢巧克力囊肿 ,在超声引导下穿刺注入无水酒精进行硬化治疗。结果 :有效率 1 0 0 % ;治愈率 95 .5 % ;好转率 4 .5 %。其中 37例直径在 5～ 9cm于治疗后 3个月全部消失 ,6例直径在 9～ 1 1cm于术后 6个月消失 ,2例直径分别为 1 3 .7cm、1 6 .8cm于术后 6个月再次治疗后消失。结论 :超声引导下卵巢巧克力囊肿硬化治疗是目前临床治疗的最佳方案 ,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore a new cure for chocolate cyst of ovary.Methods:[W T5”BZ]Chocolate cyst of 45 cases proved by clinic and ultrasonography u nderwent pun cture and injection of obsolute alcohol for hardening treatment. Results:All 45 cases,effective rate was 100%,cure rate was 95.5%;alleviation rate was 4.5%.Cho colate cyst with 5～9cm in diameter in 37 cases completely vanished in 3 months after treatment;6 cases with 9～11cm in diameter disappeared in 6 months;2 cases have gone down through a second time treatment in 6 months after previous treat ment,in cluding 1 case of 13.7cm in diameter and 1 case of 16.8cm in diameter. Conclusion:Hardening treatment of chocolate cyst under ultrasound guidance is t he best way of clinic treatment at present and worth spreading.
