摘要 目的 了解耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRS)的临床分离及耐药性情况,以便于临床对MRS感染的监控与治疗。方法 采用VITEK-32型微生物全自动分析仪进行菌种鉴定及药敏测试,部分药敏采用KB法。结果 2001-01-2002-12从临床标本中共分离出葡萄球菌301株,其中MRS 137株,分离率高达45.51%。临床分离的MRS中未发现万古霉素耐药株,对其他常见的非β-内酰胺类抗生索耐药率为35.4%-93.9%。结论 临床各种标本中均能分离到MRS;所有MRS均为多重耐药;治疗MRS引起的感染,万古霉素是最佳选择。 Objective To investigate the isolation and drug-resistance of melhicillin-resistant staphy-lococcus (MRS) in clinic, for better control and treatment of the infection of MRS.Methods VITEK-32 automated analysis system was used for MRS differentiation and drug-resistance determination. Some MRS drug-resistance determination were detected by KB method. Results Totally 301 staphylococcus isolates were obtained from clinical specimen from 2001 to 2002,in which included 137 MRS isolates. The isolated rate was as high as 45.51%. No MRS isolate was resistant to vacomycin. The drug resistance of MRS to antibiotic except β-lactam was from 35.4% to 93.9%. Conclusion MRS isolates can be detected in all kinds of clinical specimen. All of the MRS isolates are multi-drug-resistance to antibiotic. for treatment of the MRS infection vacomycin can be used first.
