摘要
中小企业要取得生存和发展的优势 ,快速开发成功的新产品已是其企业竞争战略中的关键部分。本文主要从项目管理的层次 ,结合我国中小企业的特色 ,运用高标定位的方法 ,借鉴库伯的门径管理流程 ,探讨中小企业如何应用项目管理以实施高质量的新产品开发流程 ,从而提高新产品开发项目的成功率。
There is no doubt that the NPD is the critical part of the corporate strategy. Small and Medium Enterprises realize deeply , it is necessary to develop the new product successful as soon as possible. At the project level, the article discuss how to benchmark the best practices in new product process from the point view of SMEs, and how to implement it effectively. Otherwise, the Gate-Stage system is introduced too.
