摘要
高校作为当代文化的继承者、传播者和创造者,需要依赖个体的身体力行和创新精神来发挥教育的功能,高校实施民主管理可以“诱发和启迪”人本身固有的潜能,构建多样化、个性化教育模式,它是达成教育目标的最佳途径。
Institutions of higher learning inherit, spread and create current culture. They depend on individual's practice and creative initiative to give play to the function of education. Colleges adopting democratic management can inspire the potentiality of individuals and establish a diversified and individualized education model, which is the best way to achieve education goals.
