摘要
按照北京市政府的要求 ,北京市属自然科学类科研院所要向企业化转制 ,从科研事业单位转为科技企业或进入企业。本文在总结北京市 2 0余年以来科研院所改革经验的基础上 ,提出系统的科研院所改制思路 。
According to the policies of the central and local governemnts,the academic institutes of Beijing are required to transfer to enterprises.Based on the experiences of over two decades,the paper discusses the related problems and puts forward a solution.
