摘要
现代战争是一种高科技的局部战争 .本文结合现代战争的这种特点以及信息管理模式的发展 ,分析了 CALS在国民经济动员网络化建设中应用的可行性和必要性 ,探索性地给出了基于 CALS进行国民经济动员网络化建设的结构模型 ,并从管理信息系统、决策支持系统和调度指挥系统三个方面指出了国民经济动员网络化建设的重点内容 .
Modern war is a kind of local and hi-tech war. Based on the development of war and the model of information management, this paper analyzes the application of CALS in net construction of national economy mobilization. Here is one way try to get a model of net construction of national economy mobilization, and from MIS, DSS and command systems give the important content to construct.
