摘要
本文介绍了一种新人工膜养蚤装置的研制、影响印鼠客蚤养殖质量的若干因素及繁殖效果的观察。新装置具有设定、实时测量和数值显示功能。温度值的分辨力为 0 1℃ ,控制精度± 0 3℃。通过在新装置上观察印鼠客蚤经Parafilm膜喂鸡和猪血的繁殖效果表明 :印鼠客蚤的总成长率与传统的小白鼠养殖无显著性差别。采用鸡血离体喂养平均每个雌蚤 1 2天的获茧数比猪血多 1 0 6只与小白鼠养殖近似。采用新装置新方法离体养殖印鼠客蚤 ,每雌每代获茧 1 0 5只 ,可羽化次代成蚤 1 0 0只。日常规操作时间由 1h以上缩短为 2 0min以内 ,经计算喂鸡血每代养殖的实际费用约为猪血的 1 / 1 0 ,小白鼠养殖的 1 2 5。
A new device with artificial membrane for flea rearing was developed and introduced in this paper.The device has real-time setting,measuring and displaying functions for temperature in digital format.The temperature discrimination accuracy of the device is 0\^1℃ and temperature can be controlled between ±0\^3℃.By using the device,the results of reproduction of X.cheopis feeding on chicken blood was compared with that feeding on pig blood.In the same time,fleas X.cheopis rearing on mice were used as control.Results obtained indicated that no significant difference has been found on total growth rate of flea fed chicken-blood and pig-blood through the Parafilm membrane,of flea fed either on mice or on artificial system.The number of harvested flea cocoons in 12 days from each female adult feeding on chicken blood is near to that on mice,which is 10\^6 more that those feeding on pig blood in average.With chicken blood covered by Parafilm membrane on the devices,X.cheopis cocoons harvested of each female adult is 105 and 100 of them can molt to adult in average.The process for feeding fleas can be finished within 20min shorter than that on mice (1h).The cost of fed chicken-blood for fleas rearing is very lower,about one tenth of pig-blood and one twenty-fifth of on mice.
