STUDY ON MATHEMATICAL MODEL FOR BELL-LESS BLAST FURNACE

摘要 根据高炉冶炼理论 ,结合具体检测条件 ,建立高炉应用数学模型。通过实践 ,寻求高炉生产与无料钟布料及软熔带形状等关系规律 ,分析指导生产以获得良好的效果。 On the basis of iron making theory,combining with practical checking conditions,a mathematical model for bell-less BF was established.By using it,the characteristics of burden distribution in the throat,cohesive zone shape and heat flow intensity on inner lining surface were studied.The results are as follows,the burden distribution in throat is of double apex type,the shape of cohesive zone is 'W' type,the heat flow intensity on inner lining surface in lower part of shaft,belly,and bosh is greater than that in others areas,but is still within lower limit of normal range.The direction of controlling burden charging schedule in the future is described.
